Over the past three years, CargoSmart has expanded the scope of its Customer Care services beyond 24×7 technical and customer support. CargoSmart’s Virtual Documentation Center (VDC) team provides multiple-carrier shipping instructions automation and monitoring, shipment visibility, supply chain performance reporting, and data monitoring services. Customers rely on the VDC for accurate and timely submission of their shipping instructions and visibility to potentially costly exceptions.
